Background:
The Change Management Tool was built on an outdated codebase, limiting its ability to meet evolving business needs and user demands. Performance issues and inefficiencies hindered scalability and prevented the implementation of long-standing feature requests. Modernization was critical to improve system functionality and align with organizational goals.
Solution:
I led the strategic upgrade of the Change Management Tool, focusing on delivering an MVP that balanced immediate user needs with long-term scalability. Working closely with stakeholders, I prioritized high-impact features like workflow optimizations and enhanced tracking capabilities. I coordinated cross-functional teams, aligning engineering and QA efforts to ensure seamless implementation. Through a phased rollout plan, I minimized downtime and ensured user adoption with clear communication and training. The initiative improved processing speed by 20%, reduced unplanned work by 50%, and decreased support tickets by 25%, transforming the tool into a scalable and efficient platform.
Jira Upgrade
Background:
The organization relied on Jira Server for project management and collaboration, but Atlassian’s announcement of Jira Server’s end of life necessitated a migration to Jira Data Center. This transition presented an opportunity to rethink Jira’s role within the organization, treating it as a standalone product to enhance its strategic value. Key goals included establishing governance to streamline change requests, creating an API policy to balance stability with accessibility, and ensuring the new platform could meet scalability and reliability needs. The migration posed challenges such as preserving data integrity, minimizing downtime, and navigating organizational demands for API flexibility.
Solution:
As the project lead, I managed the technical migration and redefined Jira’s role within the organization from a tool to a strategic product. I audited the existing Jira ecosystem to assess risks and established a governance board to prioritize and oversee platform changes. To ensure stability, I developed an API policy that balanced reliability with user needs and conducted workshops to define governance processes. I coordinated the migration to Jira Data Center during planned downtime, preserving data integrity and ensuring system availability. Post-migration, I implemented governance and API policies, monitored platform performance, and fine-tuned workflows and permissions based on feedback. I also trained teams and provided comprehensive documentation. The migration was completed successfully with zero data loss and minimal disruption. This initiative transformed how Jira was managed, reducing ad-hoc change requests by 40% and improving platform stability. The API policy reduced integration-related incidents by 25% while maintaining critical API access. I positioned Jira as a scalable, strategic product capable of supporting future organizational growth.

AI Analytics POC
Background : The need for faster and more efficient delivery of Business Intelligence to senior leadership prompted the creation of a single dashboard portal. The previous ad-hoc dashboard model was deemed insufficient due to its disorganized nature and inability to support AI Modeling.
Solution : As a seasoned Project Manager, I played a critical role in the creation of this new dashboard portal. I expertly gathered requirements and meticulously broke them down into 4 phases, which I personally managed and executed with great success. My leadership skills were put to the test as I tasked my team to meet with each product owner and engineering manager, ensuring that the project was executed in a seamless and efficient manner. My ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage a team made me a valuable asset to the project. The project remains on schedule, a testament to my exceptional project management skills and my commitment to delivering projects on time and to a high standard.

Jira Migration

Background : In order to streamline project management processes and increase efficiency, it was decided that the company would migrate its current Jira setup from Contegix to CPrime. The previous setup was deemed insufficient due to its limitations in terms of customization and scalability. As a seasoned Project Manager, I was called upon at the 11th hour to continue the migration from Contegix to CPrime.
Solution : Despite the challenges posed by the limited timeline, I was able to effectively step in and lead the project to completion. I expertly managed the remaining aspects of the migration, ensuring that all data was transferred seamlessly and without any disruptions to ongoing projects. I was responsible for ensuring that all customizations and integrations were properly set up in the new CPrime environment, and I worked closely with the development team to complete any outstanding tasks. My excellent communication skills allowed me to effectively manage the expectations of stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the migration process. I also managed a team of developers and ensured that all tasks were completed on time and to a high standard. The migration was a success, and the company now benefits from the increased efficiency and scalability of the CPrime setup.

KPI Dashboards

Background : The need to provide valuable insights to the Parent Company prompted the identification of ways to display important KPI information using existing proprietary tools.
Solution : As a highly skilled Project Manager, I was tasked with leading the implementation of this project. I expertly analyzed the constraints and spoke with relevant SME's to gather all necessary information. I then convened a meeting with my team to discuss the implementation plan and made the critical decision that each Product Owner should define their own KPIs. I created a comprehensive project plan in SmartSheets, breaking down the delivery of KPIs into phases and assigning responsibilities to each team member. Throughout the course of the project, I maintained all status documents and provided weekly updates to High-Level stakeholders to ensure that the project was on track and meeting expectations.

Background : The business faced the challenge of complying with financial regulations, which required the restriction of trading certain assets for specific regions based on client onboarding details.
Solution : As a seasoned Senior Business Analyst, I was tasked with navigating this challenge and delivering a solution that met the compliance requirements. I expertly gathered requirements from stakeholders and discussed potential roadblocks and milestones, utilizing my expertise to create a comprehensive plan that met the needs of the business. Using Miro, I created a visually engaging flowchart that clearly described the logical flow of the envisioned process. My thorough analysis of the current functionality allowed me to architect a solution that leveraged existing tools to meet the compliance requirements through an automated onboarding process. My plan was approved by stakeholders and quickly moved into the development phase. I also used my expertise in UI/UX development to streamline the process by leveraging existing elements and standardizing designs across teams.

Background: The challenge of achieving and maintaining SOC1 and SOC2 security certifications, with a requirement for access to client data to be governed by the Principle of Least Privilege (POLP) and Role Based Access Control (RBAC), was faced by the business.
Solution: As a seasoned Senior Business Analyst, I was tasked with navigating this challenge and delivering a solution that met the security requirements. I expertly discussed the necessary functionality with the Operations team and the desired security controls with the cybersecurity team, ensuring that the implementation of these controls would not hinder the business. With my exceptional analytical and design skills, I created a user-friendly grouping of roles and permissions, ensuring that each role received permissions that made logical sense based on their role in the organization. By leveraging the hierarchical RBAC model provided by NIST, I was able to demonstrate the security controls and flexibility of this approach, using concrete, trusted evidence from the RBAC paper published by NIST.
